Why How Oil Is Made Changes Everything.
Most refined oils are “cooked six times before reaching your kitchen” - stripped of nutrients, filled with chemicals, and packed with synthetic antioxidants.
Even many “cold-pressed” oils in India are heated to 50–100°C during pressing - enough to destroy antioxidants.
At Little Farmer, we press oils slowly, gently, at room temperature. No heat. No chemicals. No shortcuts. Just pure oil, the way nature intended.

Why Room Temperature Matters
Antioxidants which are nature’s protectors start breaking down above 60°C. Most oils labeled “cold-pressed” in India exceed this limit, losing their health benefits.
Our oils never cross room temperature, ensuring antioxidants stay alive, fatty acids remain intact, and free radicals stay away.
